Since completing his mechanical engineering studies at RWTH Aachen in 2003, Patent Attorney Dipl.-Ing. Matthias Ebert has been active in the field of industrial property protection. He has been a German patent attorney since 2007 and a representative before the European Union Intellectual Property Office since 2007. He was admitted as a representative before the European Patent Office in 2008 and successfully completed a postgraduate program, earning a “Master of Law” (LL.M.) in European Industrial Property in 2016. He is also authorized to represent clients before the Unified Patent Court (UPC).
Matthias Ebert, born in 1975, enjoys playing tennis in his spare time, taking his vintage car on drives, and occasionally indulges in DIY projects to balance his work routine.
