The patent law firm Feder Walter Ebert in Düsseldorf enjoys an excellent international reputation today as a competent point of contact for patents, utility models, trademarks, and designs. Our experienced patent attorneys offer a wide range of services to effectively protect and promote your intellectual property rights.
The roots of our firm trace back to 1948 when Dr. Heinz Feder established a solo practice for patent law in Düsseldorf. Even back then, the firm was recognized as a competent authority for legal matters concerning intellectual property. In 1979, his son, Dr. rer. nat. Wolf-D. Feder, took over the firm, continuing it as a solo practice.
A significant milestone in the firm’s development occurred in 2008 with the merger of two patent attorneys, Dr.-Ing. Philipp Walter and Dipl.-Ing. Matthias Ebert. This collaboration marked the beginning of continuous growth and expansion of our expertise. At present, our team comprises five patent attorneys, with more to come.
In 2019, Dr. rer. nat. Wolf-D. Feder retired and stepped down as a partner of the firm. The management is now in the capable hands of patent attorneys Dr.-Ing. Philipp Walter and Dipl.-Ing. Matthias Ebert. Their dedicated leadership upholds the tradition of excellent legal advice and support in the field of intellectual property.
